The doctor was very patient listened to all my complains, and was very concerned. Very friendly and well spoken. I Deffinately will send my friends to this doctor with no hesitation at all. I don’t think I can ask for any changes just wishing they could make our appointments after 9 am because of our bus pass that only starts after 9am 10-10-2023.

I was nervous with the nature of my appointment but Dr Patel was very understanding and professional. He put me right at ease.

Doctor Dilip Patel was friendly and open to discussion about my condition and the course of action to be taken. I have an issue following surgical treatment at a London teaching hospital. I wish there could be better liaison between the GP and the hospital team to manage my problem. There could be an issue as to whether the infection was hospital or community acquired. There may well be different resistance patterns. Dr Patel showed interest in my underlying health and the history of the disease. I was grateful to be seen by a GP face to face especially on a Friday and with the upcoming weekend. The e-consult worked well.
